David Belle is my newest hero. A french stuntman and actor, he is trained in gymnastics, martial arts, and climbing. He's also credited for founding parkour, or the art of movement. It's an intense discipline, like an urban type of martial art. It's about conditioning and controlling your body and expressing yourself. And it takes a lot of balls. Check the vid:
