happy day of birth erislove

6 January 2011: Twisted Vine and DTF for the celebration of one of my closest friends, Eris. This girl is so amazing. I can always count on her and she's such a compassionate person with a big heart.. AND she knows how to fucking party. Happy birthday baby. Hope you had a good one. You deserve all the treasures the universe has to offer you.

Baked brie! Heaven in a sourdough bowl.

Off to Continental Bar.

Something I learned. Red wine and a huge shot of patron don't mix. Noted.

Monique!

Continental Bar was pretty sick. Good music, great vibes. We then headed to Zing's, your typical DTF type of bar. Good if you want to shake yo rump. But I was gone by then.

And this is what the rest of my night looked like:

Coincidentally, that's how my head felt the day after as well. Go figure.

take a hike

5 January 2011: Angeles National Forest with H&M and Juno. It was her first hike in the wilderness. She loved it. Lowkey though, I was scared a mountain lion was going to swoop in on her.

Goats!

Fresh air, rocky terrain, a two hour hike and GOATS!? Juno's mind = blown.

H & M

ayeeeee-corns.

Henry found a Moses hiking stick.

So, sunset hikes are awesome, except when you are paranoid about supernatural stuff and your dog keeps barking at things you can't see. Not having a flashlight sucks too when coming back down. Noted.

Made some rock structures along the trail to freak other hikers out. Ended up freaking myself out when coming back down -_-

I love this girl.

Photos do no justice.

Random shirts in trees, eerie branches covering the trail, "danger:" wild helicopters and almost getting dragged down a steep mountainside by a wild dog named Juno. Good times.

LA adventures

9 December 2010: Hammer Museum and LA Art Walk.

Galavanting on a Thursday night.

Nothing brings you closer together than bumping into each other in suspended reality. This is what I would imagine limbo to be like..
